Booking

While booking an experience at Chez Dine you want to look over the details of the Hosts listing and profile. Make sure your allergies can be addressed, if you have any. Look at the accessibility of the building and know what your standards are to have a successful evening out and cross reference the listing if needed.

While booking a space or purchasing event tickets through a restaurant listing, the same rules apply as booking for an experience with a host. Read the listing in detail and do not assume that the regular menu items provided by the restaurant are provided on this given time/event unless specified otherwise.

The requirements you need to book are a valid Stripe/PayPal/Debit payment online. You must be a user of the Chez Dine app and book within the site or mobile app. Some hosts may require a verification of I.D. as well. That it as the discretion of the host.

Some hosts will ask for you to verify your i.d. Online. This is at the discretion of the host. Verification symbols beside a hosts name means that their i.d. Has been verified by the Chez Dine team to prove that they are who they say they are.

Payments

As a host Chez Dine uses 12% of your total profit from your unique dining experience. As a guest you are obligated to pay the 5% service fee when purchasing a ticket to an event, pop-up, in home dining experience or workshop.

Paying for your experience is completed through Stripe. All major card types are accepted.

We process all the payments 48 hours after the event via bank transfers, via Stripe, however depending on your bank it may take up to 5 days for your payment to reach your account.

Acoounts

Chez Dine is about bringing people together who love to cook with people who love to eat and creating unique dining experience across the globe. Hosts must complete an application process in order to be listed on our site and app.

All reviews are taken into consideration by the Chez Dine team. With a skeptic eye we assess and publish as we see fit within the guidelines of our platform. The reviewing process not only comes from the guest, but the host as well. This assures a fair and more honest approach to reviews in the food space.

Your account as a Guest will be reviewed by the Chez Dine team. We will take into consideration if you are following the guidelines of the Chez Dine house rules.

An a restaurant listed on Chez Dine you are able to make listings through our app with a global reach.
